FLANAGAN, Judge. Appellants brought this action seeking cancellation of a real estate contract. Appellees filed a counterclaim seeking specific performance of the contract. Trial to the court resulted in a decree for specific performance and judgment for damage for appellees against appellants in the sum of $1000. Appellants' motion for a new trial was overruled and that ruling is assigned as error on appeal. Appellants contend that: (1) the decision of the court is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law; (2) the court erred in the exclusion of certain evidence; and (3) the amount of recovery is too large.
